The Taranrula Waltz is based around the songwriting of Markus Svensson. In September of 2007 his critically aclaimed debut album was released by swedish label National. The album was listed as the 9th best album of 2007 by Patrik Forshage at Nöjesguiden and Uncut was impressed by this " IMPRESSIVE NEWCOMER". Since, he's been touring in Sweden, Italy, England and Scotland. The new album "Did not leave to find but to forget, to leave behind" will be released on the 17th of February 2010 by Brus & Knaster/Playground. It's produced by John Roger Olssan and mixed by Stuart Sikes (Cat Power, White Stripes, Modest Mouse, the Willowz ...)
